Is It a Drought or Only a Fluctuation in Precipitation Patterns?—Drought Reconnaissance in Poland

The process of propagation from meteorological to hydrological drought is studied using the Vistula basin in Poland (193,960 km2) as a case study. study aims set background for analysis processes influencing basin, including availability data on hydro-meteorological factors, groundwater, and major human activities that might influence water cycle region. A recent history events derived based statistical flow measured at nine gauging stations located along river, starting upstream downwards 1951–2018 period. enhanced by temporal spatial variability number indices.
